The Community Manager App serves solely as an intermediary platform connecting members, service providers, and buyers within various community networks. The app enables enrolled members to create and publish services or business products. IPROMISE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD (“the Company”) provides the platform but does not participate in or control individual user transactions.
Service & Ad Creation Fees
- Any member may create and publish services or business product ads through the app.
- A service creation fee is charged and collected at the time of creation.
- All service ad creation or business product ad creation fees are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once purchased.
User-to-User Marketplace
- The Community Manager App operates as a user-to-user marketplace connecting buyers and sellers.
- The Company does not handle refunds, returns, replacements, or disputes arising from private transactions between members.
Seller’s Responsibility
- The seller (service provider or member) is solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, delivery, and fulfilment of listed products or services.
- The Company does not guarantee or intervene in transaction disputes between the buyer and the seller.
Buyer’s Responsibility
- Buyers must verify all product or service details — including price, quality, reliability, timing, and service terms — before making any payment to a seller.
- The Community Manager App does not provide a return or refund policy unless the seller explicitly offers one within their listing.
- Buyers are encouraged to check reviews and communicate directly with service providers prior to purchase.
Dispute Resolution
Any issues related to private sales or service transactions, including defective products or service delays, must be resolved directly between the buyer and seller. IPROMISE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is not liable for any financial, legal, or operational loss arising from such user-to-user transactions.
Shipping & Delivery
The Community Manager App functions solely as an intermediary platform. IPROMISE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD does not handle or provide shipping, delivery, or fulfilment services. All shipping, delivery, and handling responsibilities rest solely with the respective service-providing members or third-party logistics providers selected by the seller.
Limitation of Liability
Important: IPROMISE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD , as the developer of this app, has no control or responsibility over the pricing, quality, reliability, or accuracy of the services or products listed by members or service providers. The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from transactions between users.

Others
We do not offer any product/service under this Platform outside India and your personal data will primarily be stored and processed in India. By visiting this Platform, providing your information or availing any product/service offered on the Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use and the applicable service/product terms and conditions, and agree to be governed by the laws of India including but not limited to the laws applicable to data protection and privacy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access our Platform.
